My name is Robert Ray Stevens and I am a cook and student of
anthropology living in Carlsbad, CA. My question is: What type of impact is
online social networking having on the production and consumption of food?
As a strong supporter of the Slow Food movement, I am optimistic about
emerging “digital” cultures of food that seems to facilitate and encourage us
to build relationships with local farms and food producers. And finally, is food
culture? If so, what can we learn from the choices we make about food?
